Wednesday Wine Tasting - Terroir Talk

Join us on Wednesday, July 20th, for a tasting dedicated to the concept of terroir. From the French word terre, meaning "land", terroir is the collective environmental factors that give something a sense of place or character. Learn to appreciate the "earth" in your wine by tasting wines from different climates, various soil compilations, and diverse terrains. Please enjoy the following wine and food pairings, presented by Catherine Ytell and Chef Tyler Sipes:
